Recently I brought a package in to be sent out through UPS and for some reason, this package never scanned. I was left to assume it was missing and spoke with Greg. Greg went above and beyond to try to solve this issue and kept in contact with me throughout the process. Low and behold, my package made it to its destination but for some reason had just been untrackable.
